The Women’s Infrastructure Network (“WIN”) is an inclusive global network operating in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

We support over 3,000 members and growing through networking events and development programs.

WIN began as an informal community in which women in the public and private infrastructure industry sectors in the New York and Washington, D.C. areas could meet, exchange ideas and experiences, and help shape the infrastructure agenda in the United States. The community grew rapidly and Chapters have now been  established in the western United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Within each Chapter there are a number of regional groups to support infrastructure communities, networking opportunities and deliver events with both local, national and global significance. As part of our inclusive policy we do not have subscription charges to become a member and attend our regular quarterly events.

We are proud to offer such a diverse network across the entire spectrum of participants that is open to women at all levels working in the infrastructure industry across all disciplines from government, industry, infrastructure and pension funds, multilaterals, commercial and investment banks, accounting and law firms, financial advisory and engineering and construction firms.
