Workshop Series: Negotiating for Yourself

Negotiation is a skill we use throughout our careers, often well beyond the moments we traditionally think of as a negotiation. From compensation and promotions to responsibilities and boundaries, how we advocate for ourselves matters.

Join us for the Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN) x CollWi virtual event on November 17th.

Our upcoming event is designed to give professionals practical tools to navigate the conversations that matter throughout their careers, from compensation and promotions to opportunities, responsibilities and boundaries.

We’re delighted to welcome Christine Chang and Carolina Jasion, two accomplished coaches bringing distinct perspectives on what it takes to negotiate effectively. Christine Chang brings firsthand experience from both sides of career and compensation conversations, having worked as a recruiter and talent acquisition leader and seen how offers, promotions and compensation decisions are made. Carolina Jasion is a Life and Business Coach with more than 20 years of experience working across the Americas and the UK. Her work focuses on self-leadership and negotiation, helping professionals manage their mindset and emotional state to negotiate with greater clarity and confidence.

The conversation will explore how we can become more intentional and effective advocates for ourselves throughout our careers. Our panelists will share perspectives on the role that confidence, self-awareness and preparation play in negotiation, and how developing these skills can help us navigate important career conversations with intention.
