2026 Mentorship Program
Following the success of last year's inaugural mentorship initiative, we’re excited to share that applications are now open for the 2026 WIN NYC Mentorship Program!
This year's program will offer 1-to-1 matches only, supported by a tailored Mentor-Mentee profile matching process. See key details and application links below. Please submit your application by Friday, February 27th at 5pm.
Key details:
Open to professionals working across infrastructure-related industries in New York State.
The program runs for a ~4-month duration (end of February – June 2026), with an expectation that participants commit for the full period.
Mentors: Open to both men and women, ideally with 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a current infrastructure-related role.
Mentees: No minimum or maximum years of experience — please indicate the type of mentorship you are seeking to support strong matching.
Participants will be matched 1-to-1 and are encouraged to meet monthly (March–May) for approximately 30–45 minutes.
Monthly discussion prompts will be provided, though pairs are free to set their own agendas.
Meetings may be held virtually or in person.
Informal group activities and networking opportunities will take place throughout the program.
